How does the customer get the goods? Do we have a reasonable stock? Have we properly planned future sales? How can we manage our relationships with suppliers? How to support all this with IT?

Supply Chain and Logistics studies offer concrete interdisciplinary skills, which are closely related to practice - the possibility of working on projects and visits to companies. It is distinguished by top lecturers, the possibility of study abroad and excellent employment opportunities.

Knowledge and skills acquired through studies in this programme

Supply Chain and Logistics deals with the efficient integration of supply, production, storage and sales, enabling the product or service to be available in sufficient quantities, at the right place and at the appropriate time, with as low a total cost as possible, while ensuring an appropriate level of service to the consumer. The second-cycle Supply Chain and Logistics programme in-depth develops the skills and knowledge of the logistics and supply chain management. It is also about the ability to cope with complex production and distribution systems and flows of goods, information and assets in companies.

Students are trained to work in the field of management of purchasing, sales, warehousing and production processes in companies. Thus, they acquire interdisciplinary knowledge in the field of Supply Chain and Logistics management, optimization in logistics, supply chain digitalization, internal logistics, international Supply Chain and Logistics and strategic challenges of Slovenian logistics.

Organizations / institutions / companies where employment is possible

You will be trained to work in the field of logistics management, warehouses, inventory management and planning and computerization and supply chain management. The acquired knowledge enables employment in production, trade and logistics companies, information technology companies and public sector organizations in the field of logistics.

  • Monday and Thursday: 10 a.m. to noon
  • Tuesday: 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • However, communication with students can still take place by e-mail through the colleagues of the Student Affairs Office.
